Woodlands Inn & Suites

My sister, significant other, and I rented 2 rooms for a weekend of Ice Age Trail hiking. Very clean hotel with excellent service! Rooms were very affordable. Hotel is maintained well with new carpet and nice finishes. Towels were a little skimpy, but that certainly wouldn’t stop me from going back.

Room clean, very comfortable. Bathroom could use some work. BUT the staff exceptional! We had an inop coffee pot, and the young man at the front desk IMMEDIATELY handed us a new-in the box coffee maker. Rarely is customer service this "above and beyond"! Highly recommend.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The location was very convenient for me. I asked for a later checkout and the manager said yes right away. I appreciated getting an extra 90 minutes to checkout. I would definitely recommend. It’s an older property and uses an old fashioned key for the door. But the room had nice amenities (lotion, soap, etc) a sofa, fridge and microwave too. I’d stay there again without hesitation. Although I didn’t eat any of the items offered for breakfast, they had fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, etc.

It’s a decent simple hotel. The rooms are decent. Our shower drain was really slow in our room and the thermostat was very hard to control the heat. It was either on full heat or nothing. The nice thing was that they brought back the waffle maker for breakfast! It sure was a treat to have that! Hopefully I will be able to come back next year.

Been to every hotel in Medford, this hotel is the one you want, affordable even if you have a dog, very friendly and pet friendly, by far the cleanest of all the hotels in town. Very family friendly environment, id recommend this to anyone over everywhere else in Medford. I like hotels by far this one is one of most favorites, and I've been to many hotels even across the country, this one is by far one my favorites and one of the best I've ever been too.

Stayed several nights.. Nicely remodeled, clean. Mattresses and curtains a little older. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Water pressure low, but plenty of hot water. Easy to access, and multiple entrances for different rooms. All on one floor. Only marginal complaint is the dark hallways, especially noticeable coming in from the sun.

This small family owned hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. I just finished a 3 night stay and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The group I was with were able to use the lounge area for gathering and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast as there wasn’t much to choose from. However, due to the affordable price of the rooms, breakfast wasn’t a top priority for me.

This is a great place to stay! Rooms and public areas were spotless. They rooms looked clean, felt clean and smelled clean. Bathroom was clean and fresh. Beds comfortable and sheets crisp. A family operation with friendly folks at the desk. Couldn't recommend it more!
